Each 10 units on an insulin syringe (0.1 ml) equals 1 mg of reta. Start with 2 mg once per week and increase gradually to your desired dose.
Prepare the vial
Wipe the top of the vial with an alcohol pad and let it air dry before drawing the dose.
Choose the site
Clean an area of skin a few inches away from your belly button with an alcohol pad. Inject into the cleaned area.
Titrate slowly
Increase only as tolerated. Do not jump to a high dose at the start of your protocol.
